Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Developer to accelerate project delivery and lead the transformation from traditional server-based solutions to modern data centers. Your expertise in server architecture, deployment toolkits, and scripting will be critical in achieving our goals. Responsibilities
- Server Refactoring and Imaging:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to migrate from server portfolios to data centers.
- Refactor technical solutions, focusing on HP Servers (HP G11) and Windows server platforms.
- Build robust processes for server provisioning and imaging.
- Leverage your experience in certifying hardware components.
- Windows 11 Transition:
- Lead the transition away from traditional servers to Windows 11 environments.
- Refactor certification scripts and ensure seamless deployment.
- Keep critical systems operational during the migration process.
- Ideal Candidate Profiles:
- Must-Have:
- Proficiency in Windows image delivery, conversions, and deployment toolkits.
- Scripting expertise for image delivery automation.
- Favorable:
- Understanding of development and automation principles (e.g., PowerShell scripting, DevOps methodologies).
- Ability to work with Windows OS delivery using PowerShell.
- Preferred:
- Developer mindset with knowledge of C# or Java.
- Capability to automate and develop solutions in Windows languages.

- Project Details:
- Monthly Builds:
- Familiarity with tools like Terraform and HashiCorp for efficient Windows imaging at scale.
- Delivery Framework:
- Proficiency in Java or C# to build robust delivery frameworks.
- Ability to code or script for client and server-side endpoints.
- "Pixe Boot" Environment:
- Understanding of "pixe boot" processes and environment setup.
- Image Creation:
- End-to-end image creation and deployment, transitioning from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
- Monthly Builds:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in infrastructure development, server architecture, and deployment.
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell).
- Familiarity with Terraform, HashiCorp, and Windows imaging tools.
- Developer mindset with knowledge of C# or Java.
